Tara is a full sister to the great Sinndar who was the almost undefeated champion in Europe his 3 year old year. Being the first horse in history to win Dual Derby and Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe in the same year. Starting 8 times winning 7 races and loosing by a nose to place second in his only defeat.
While Tara herself never raced she trained well and showed incredible speed. Her career was cut short when her owner passed away and she was lost threw the cracks.

Died Dec 23, 2003 due to complications from a paddock knee injury in September at stud in Australia.
